Redwood City, Calif. – September 14, 2009 – Nimsoft, Inc., the Big 4 alternative for IT performance and availability monitoring solutions, announced today that Jamie Dudley and Ross Fujii have joined the company’s executive team. Dudley takes the post of VP of Sales for the Americas, while Fujii signs on as Engineering Vice President and technology visionary.

Dudley will lead the charge in developing and expanding new revenue channels in the Americas, and help drive a consistent, global approach to managing sales operations. He will report to Dixon Fiske, who has been promoted to VP of Worldwide Sales.

Fujii, as the former VP Engineering for Cittio (whose assets Nimsoft acquired in May 2009), was originally helping Nimsoft to transition key intellectual property from that solution into the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution. In his new position with Nimsoft he will be responsible for future-looking engineering initiatives. In particular he will play a key role in developing the Nimsoft Cloud strategy and products that will be revealed in October of this year.

“Dudley and Fujii are both great additions to our executive team. They possess the experience and skills to contribute significantly to our next phase of growth,” says Gary Read, Nimsoft president and CEO. “Nimsoft operates a fast paced environment and both individuals are already proving themselves an excellent fit with this dynamic yet collaborative culture.”

Dudley is a fifteen-year software sales veteran with positions at start-ups, mid caps, and major software vendors. He has extensive experience developing and executing corporate acquisition integration plans as well as growing and managing worldwide sales and pre-sales engineering teams. He was previously VP WW Sales at AlarmPoint, and prior to that held well-regarded sales leadership positions at Quest, Peregrine, and Oracle.

Fujii is a fifteen-year veteran in software development and system architecture design spanning multiple technology platforms. He held Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering positions at Cittio, and was instrumental in developing the company’s monitoring platform, the technology of which is now being added into the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution. Prior to Cittio, Fujii co-founded IdealWave Systems, an e-commerce consulting firm, and was a founding employee at XUMA, Inc., an e-business managed service provider.
